The Boutique
– Boutique lodge situated on the Percy wood country park & retreat at Swarland.
– Sleeps 4 people , 2 bedrooms .

– Situated in a very secluded quiet spot on the site with an amazing sunken hot tub .
– Furnished to an extremely high standard .
– The Boutique lodge has Wi-Fi , flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room.
– Fully fitted kitchen with all amenities and appliances.
– Boutique lodge is situated in a fantastic location close to the Northumberland coast , close to amble , sea houses , Bamburgh castle and Alnwick town centre.
– The lodge site also has a 18 hole golf course which is free for guests to use during there stay .
– Also free swimming is offered at Alnwick swimming baths as part of the package with the boutique

Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately no dogs are allowed in The Escape, however, The Retreat, Boutique & The Secret lodge are dog friendly.
All our lodges are equipped with a private hot tub for 6 set on the raised decked balcony, perfect for looking at the stars, as this National Park is awarded the largest Dark Sky Park in Europe.
All lodges are furnished to a very high standard including flat screen televisions, DVD player, wifi and kitchen been fully equipped, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cooker, fridge/ freezer . Everything possibly needed for a perfect stay.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible we provide complimentary dressing gowns and slippers for the hot tub & sauna needed if a little cold.
